It is a known fact that the development of small-scale industries is a veritable means of industrializing a Nation and a sure means of providing employment opportunity for our teeming un-employed youths.

However, the small-scale industries sub-sector is the most affected because it is characterized by low capital formation that manifest in terms of its financial incapability to source the desired space, raw materials, machineries and equipments needed for its growth.

It is in view of the above and in order to support this sub-sector so that our potential apprentices(trainees) can have a viable placements for training and make such trades attractive, thus IBF’s call to all and sundry  especially our sons and daughters in diaspora and to all lovers and well wishers of the African cause to heed to our call for assistance to make life better for our misguided youths in this sub region of the Niger/Delta axis of Nigeria.(read the full text of the Speech of  our Patron,Chief (Prof.)P.O.
