This Project began since May 15th 2002 and was officially inaugurated on December 28th,2002 with skills acquisition as our foci in various  trades e.g. computer education, welding and fabrication ,hairdressing,tailoring,electrical/electronics,carpentry,motor&motorcycle mechanic,turner etc.Other non-skill aspect of our project include leadership training,discipline,moral &civic studies, AIDS/HIV awareness campaign-all these we’ve been handling since  January 2003 till date with out any tangible assistance.

We have also incorporated  IBF with the Delta State Ministry of Youths &Sports in July 2003 with registration No.DT 00826 under State registration Edict No. 7 of 1985. As at the time of this presentation ,over 135 youths( boys,girls,women ) have benefited from our Learn-a-  Trade program (LAT )  which is the Ist phase of the programme.

  IBF aims to promote a project for the building of  a Vocational village which will function as an educational,skill training and a relaxation centre for the entire Isoko community and the environs.

MAJA-EJEMAH,S.E.(DIRECTOR OF TRAINING,GES)08035305972 A 1984 History/Archaeology graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka .He has Served in the private sector  as the Managing Director/CEO of SEMESABA VENTURES, the Manager and Co-Founder of  Mujjaddadi Indigenous Scientific Centre (a Kano-based NGO) which is thriving till date since 1993, involved in Scientific researches and Fabrication of  Machines and Health  promotions. Spearheaded the formation of INDIGENOUS BRAINS FOUNDATION (IBF) since 2002 in Delta State to assist our teeming youths in skills acquisition/empowerment with Isokoland as the foci presently.  Now the Training officer  in charge of the  Graduates Empowerment Scheme  of Isoko Community Bank Ltd,Oleh.

CYRIL EDOR- USIWO: .He has been working in the public sector but has flair for public relations, thus has been serving I.B.F. as the Public Relations Officer.

EZEKIEL UNUAGA O: is a graduate of the University of Ilorin in Geology since 1991. He has worked as a geologist in several Oil companies until recently when he started borehole jobs on private basis. He has been serving the body as the Secretary general.

RICHARD O.DIWANBOR: a Mass Communication O.N.D. holder from the defunct Ozoro Polytechnic {Now Delta State Polytechnic}.He has been self-employed until recently when he became the   co-coordinator of I.B.F. in the Isoko North L.G.A. with Ozoro as his operating office. He has been instrumental to catching a lot of youths for apprenticeship at Skills Acquisition Center in Ozoro.

MRS. CECILIA O. ONYONYEWOMA: is the treasurer of the Organization. A trained teacher with a track record of producing very brilliant Pupils from her school .A grade two Teacher by training. Astute and prudent manager of resources as proved by her role in her school .

MRS. THERESA O. EKASE:,a retired Principal and Educationist. Has held various positions in the Tertiary Institutions in the then Bendel State and after her retirement, has served as an Electoral Officer in Isoko land.Due to her wealth of knowledge and life experience, she serves as our Mummy & Adviser. In spite of her position as the Head of Stella Omu Foundation for Youths and Women Empowerment, she still works assiduously with I.B.F., to see that we succeed.
